When I first dreamed of the North Pole Elf Hotline, it wasn’t a business idea at all — it was a grandmother’s wish, I just wanted to bring back the kind of Christmas magic I remembered as a little girl, the kind that wrapped your heart up in wonder and made the whole world feel softer for a little while.

I wanted my grandchildren to feel that same sparkle… that same excitement… that same belief that something magical was always just around the corner. So I imagined a way for them to hear the North Pole — not just read about it, not just pretend — but actually hear Santa, the elves, the reindeer barn, and the stories unfolding in real time.

What started as a small idea for my own family quickly grew into something much bigger. I realized I could share this magic with other parents and grandparents who wanted the same thing:
