North Pole Elf Hotline™ – Your Christmas Magic, Explained!

 

🎅 1. What is the North Pole Elf Hotline™?

It’s a magical, family-friendly hotline where your child can call once per day to hear updates from Santa, the elves, and even the reindeer team! It adds daily wonder and excitement throughout the Christmas season.

2. When is the hotline open?

The hotline is available from:
📅 November 27, 2025 through December 26, 2025
During these dates, your child can call twice per day  for the Holiday Pass and two times per day, per extension ( 6 extensions= 12 magical moments per day) for the Complete North Pole Pass from your registered phone number.

☎️ 3. Why do I need to register a phone number?

To keep the experience secure and personalized, your hotline access is tied to the single phone number used at checkout.  It is important to note that you MUST register the phone number that your child will be calling from, so if you are wanting to purchase multiple passes for family members and friends, you must do separate transactions for each pass.
Only calls from that number will reach the North Pole.
This acts as your "Elf-in-Training ID."

🎁 4. How many times can my child call each day?

Your child can listen to  two magical update per day for the Holiday Pass and two calls per day, per extension for the Complete North Pole Package.
This keeps the storyline flowing and builds anticipation all season long!

IMPORTANT:  If you miss a day, you will not be able to hear the message from the previous day.  The elves work very hard to give you the latest updates and the messages are changed daily.  So, make sure you are using your Magic Meter to encourage your child(ren) to call everyday!

Right after purchase, your digital kit will be available for instant download.
You’ll also receive a link via email with all your printable goodies.

Nope! Everything is digital, printable, and instantly accessible.
Nothing comes in the mail, and all products arrive electronically.

Because our products include instant digital downloads and hotline access, all sales are final.
However, if you run into technical trouble, the elves are happy to help resolve it!

8. Can I share my downloads with others?

Please don’t share, post, upload, or distribute the files.
